A critically injured teen jumped the turnstile in a Harlem subway last night after being stabbed in the head. The 18 year old entered the 1 train on 145th street around 11:50 p.m. and immediately got the attention of a subway clerk, who saw that he was bleeding on the left side of his head. The victim left the subway, after the clerk called 911. He was soon found by police leaning up against a light pole on 145th st. and broadway and was rushed to St. Luke’s Hospital. The teen is listed in serious condition after undergoing surgery. Police are still investigating what happened to the young man.
