Our Canadian friend, Justin Bieber was caught partying a few nights ago at a Diddy party in ATL. Hanging with rappers such as Trinidad James, Rick Ross, and Lil’ Scrappy, Beiber was seen running around shirtless and rumored to be seen with “bottled water” and “ a cigar”. *Sigh* will they ever learn.
