The urban myth of the Chupacabra, a creature rumored to kill and drink the blood of livestock, has finally been caught by a Texas family. Jackie Stock and her husband, Arlen Parma, euthanized the creature they nicknamed “Chupie”, after being put under fire by animal rights activists. To read more, click below.
Stock kept the chupacabra captive in a cage in their yard and fed it cat food and corn. After Stock’s story went viral over the internet, animal rights activists pressured her to euthanize her new pet because it had never received medical treatment. Some doubters suspect “Chupie” was just a dog sufferent from mange, a disease that causes animals to loose their hair. Stock and her husband believe the creature showed characteristics of a Chupacabra, siting it’s larger teeth, long claws, and “demonic” howling.
