LA Clippers owner Donald Sterling was put on blast by his “right hand arm… man” V. Stiviano, who released audio of him making racist comments about black people. Since then he’s been banned from the NBA and is on the verge of losing his team completely. He bailed on an interview with Barbara Walters and apparently found something better to do with his time.
According to TMZ Sports Sterling was having dinner at the Four Seasons with some friends, he got a little tipsy and soon got up to leave. He was then followed by a black model named Jasmine and her boyfriend. Jasmine then asked for a photo with Sterling who responded “I’m not that popular right now. Are you sure?’ Jasmine insisted they take the photo and her white, jewish boyfriend snapped away. Jasmine also told TMZ that Sterling repeatedly called her beautiful and put his arms around her several times. “He was definitely checking me out. He wasn’t really looking at my face that much.”
Jasmine is 1/4 black (yea I know) was asked how she felt about Sterling’s comments and responded “It’s 2014. I feel that everyone is a little bit racist and comedians joke about it all the time. But yeah, I do think he’s racist.”
Odd story but it looks like Jasmine was looking for her 15 minutes of fame. Here you go…
