Miley Cyrus obtained an emergency restraining order against one of her fans this week. Los Angeles judge granted Cyrus the protection order against Devon Meek who stated if he didn’t meet her, he would die.
24 year old, Devon Meek was arrested by the LAPD’s Threat Management Unit on May 16, 2014 after Miley told them Devon sent her messages. In his text messages he stated he would not stop following Cyrus until she “accepts him or he dies”. Mr.Meek believes that Miley recorded her song “Adore You” for him, and that she put a special message inside the song. Miley’s emergency restraining order states that Devon must stay 100 yards away from her at all times. A schedule is scheduled for in June, to extend the restraining order to three years. According to TMZ, as of yesterday Meek is in custody at a mental health facility.
