An honor it is…
The super-producer who has been in the music industry for more than two decades now, is one of the great talents who will receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2015. Just another notch on Pharrell’s achievement belt after having a jam-packed year (and it’s only half way through) that includes winning Producer of the Year and his toe-tapping track, “Happy” going platinum.
Along with Pharrell, Miami rapper Pitbull will receive a star. The Cubano tweeted, “Excited about my new honor as a Walk of Famer for Class of 2015.”

Will Ferrell, Melissa McCarthy, Sofia Vergara, Amy Poehler, Kelly Ripa, Kool & The Gang, and producer Dr. Luke are some of the other honorees to receive a star on the Walk of Fame.
“We know that the new selections represent the best of the entertainment industry,” said Maureen Schultz, Chair of the Walk of Fame selection committee. They, “…will be a great addition to the Walk of Fame for both the Hollywood community and fans,” she adds.
