HA-LA-RI-US of the Day: Marlon Wayans is being sued by an actor named Pierre Daniel for racial discrimination and harassment (among other things). Although this isn’t the joke, it’s a part of it. Hit the jump for details.

Last September, Pierre was casted to play a role in Marlon’s Haunted House 2. No soon after, the comedian/actor posted a picture of Pierre alongside the mustache man himself, Cleveland Brown (YES, cartoon character Cleveland Brown – from Family Guy!), with the caption, “Tell me this n***a don’t look like … THIS N***A!!! Ol Cleveland Brown ass lookin.” #DEAD

Pierre has filed a lawsuit against the Wayans brother claiming, “shock, pain, discomfort and/or anxiety,” which has resulted in the actor’s ability to work – in other words, he can’t do it any more.

Even funnier than the picture (in the gallery), which bares an erie similarity to Cleveland Brown, is that within the lawsuit, Pierre also claims that Marlon rolled his eyes at him. Tell me this isn’t a come-up in the making! LMAO!

There has been no word as to how much this guy is looking to make.
