Although concert-goers weren’t particularly phased by the rain of money during the Steve Aoki performance at the Made In America Festival. It was kind of interesting to note it wasn’t raining $100’s or $50’s, but instead it was all two-dollar bills.
Why, you ask? Well, $2 bills, are have been making their mark in the music industry, because of Mr. Steven Reisman. Mr. Reisman is wealthy lawyer and also avid hip-hop listener. It’s a trademark of his to give out two-dollar bills to just about everybody, especially famous rappers.
Reisman, nicknamed “The Two Dollar Bill Man,” can be connected back artists, such as: Jay Z, Kanye West, Beyonce, Eminem, Justin Bieber and Big Sean.
