While ILoveMakonnen was performing his hit song “Tuesday” at SOB’s in New York at Rae Sremmurd’s concert, a mysterious man began attacking and punching him. The attacker was not arrested but he has been banned for life from SOBS’. Many have speculated that rapper Troy Ave and his BSB team may have had something to do with the attack since both artists didn’t come to terms on the unofficial remixes to “Tuesday.”

Makonnen has not released a statement on the incident but Troy’s manager Hovain responded by saying the artists squashed their differences many weeks ago. He stated on Twitter, “Me @OvOJonnyRoxx and Drake worked this out the day after it happened the issue been dead. We had nothing to do with what happened to son.” Hovain goes on to say, “I left all of that negative s*** alone…[We] were trying to get him on a remix of “All About The Money”. It’s just wack that any time something negative happens now, they think of us. People are going to believe what they will, but BSB had nothing to do with that.”
