SMH. Bravo show, “Blood, Sweat & Heels”, is a prime example of what happens when reality tv goes horribly wrong. Earlier in the month, we were all shocked to find out about how reality tv stars of “Blood, Sweat & Heels”, got into a bloody brawl after co stars Geneva and Melyssa had a knock down drag out fight, that resulted in Melyssa getting bust upside the head with a bottle and needing stitches?? Wasn’t this suppose to be a show about CAREER women and empowerment…TF? Well looks like these stars are heading for some pretty major legal fall out behind it. See inside.
Obviously Melyssa has already begun taking legal action against costar and Detroit native Geneva Thomas. However, it doesn’t look like Detroit native Geneva is having any of it. According to her, her reputation is being maligned and she’s being painted as the villain behind the boat brawl where she too was also injured and received stitches…but granted she allegedly hit Melyssa with a vodka bottle. Now Geneva is looking for a LARGE pay day to the tune of $25M?? Girl bye!
Geneva’s statement in full according the YBF….
“The nature of this action is for Prima Facie Tort, Battery, Defamation, Malicious Prosecution, Abuse of Process and Intentional Interference with a Business Relationship. Geneva is seeking compensatory money damages in the amount of $5,000,000 and $20,000,000 in Punitive Damages, the cost and disbursements of this action, and any other relief the court seems just and proper.
The summons with notice is for Melyssa Forde and Arzo Anwar, the two women who initiated a physical fight with Geneva on Tuesday, October 21, 2014.
Arzo Anwar is a friend of Melyssa Forde and the newest cast member on the show.
Despite reports, Geneva also sustained medical treatment at the Lenox Hill hospital and received stitches for 4 abrasions to her chest.
The only reason why Geneva was arrested is because Melyssa called police first. Geneva has the right at any time to press charges against Melyssa Ford for battery assault and possession of a weapon and act to have both Melyssa Forde and Arzo Anwar arrested. The District Attorney of New York City has officially subpoenaed the Bravo video footage.”
