Gabriel Aubry, the father of Halle Berry’s 6 year old daughter Nahla is fighting the actresses attempt to lower his child support payments by more than 400%. According to TMZ Halle is trying to reduce Gabriels child support to $3,800 a month from the $16k a month he is already receiving for 6 year old Nahla.

Back in 2012 Halle’s husband gave Gabriel a life changing beat down. Life changing in the sense that Gabriel claims his face was bruised up so badly, that he can not find work,(Oh did I mention this fight happened Two years ago in 2012… yea let that marinate actually.

Gabriel is saying it took him 6 months to heal before he could work again, and since then he has only gotten 3 gigs. So Gabriel you have only gotten 3 gigs since 2012 due to a fight that you had in 2012 because in all actuality it is taking your face more than two years to heal… I mean is that what he is saying or is it just me?

Referring to Gabriel Halle says,

“There is no case, no law, no logic that says a healthy, active man gets to simply live off child support that the wealthier mother earns.”

Here is a breakdown of some of Gabriels expenses….I’ll let you do the math
$740 a month for Gabriel’s “Fitness”
$940 a month in clothing
(Gabriel lists Nahla’s clothing expenses separately $675 a month)
$700 a month for Gabriel’s health insurance
$1,975 a month in car expenses
$1,100 a month in furniture and electronics

Currently Halle and Gabriel have a 50/50 custody split. Halle is still in works to get this deadbeat back into the workforce and out of her pockets.
