After defeating Chris Algieri, Manny Pacquiao has begun calling out Floyd Mayweather once again. With his confidence back up and looking for a big pay day, Pacquiao desperately wants the fight with Mayweather to happen just as much as the fans do. It’s not 100 percent clear on what Mayweather’s hangup is but Pacquiao’s trainer Freddie Roach recently suggested that Mayweather’s latest demand is a rematch clause. Floyd hasn’t said much on the matter but he did take to his Instagram account and posted a video that pretty much said it all.
Floyd posted a video of Pacquiao repeatedly getting knocked down. It’s something he’s done with pictures on his Instagram before. Still there are tons of people in his comments calling him scared and a coward for refusing to fight Manny. Of course that notion also sounds absurd to numerous people but the fact that Floyd hasn’t really spoken out much about the matter hasn’t really helped his case.
Some people suggest it’s boxing politics why the fight will never happen but the fans continue to yearn for it. Floyd is coming towards the end of his days in the ring so the clock is ticking.
