Brandon Jennings is a huge Kobe Bryant fan and he shares the same sentiment I’ve seen many Kobe fans say when they discuss LeBron James.
In a discussion with an NBA blogger on Twitter about the league’s greatest all-time players, Jennings tweeted that James “run(s) too much when sh*t gets tough,” a reference to James leaving the Cavaliers for Miami in 2010 and then rejoining Cleveland after the Heat lost in the Finals last summer. Jennings said guys like Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, Larry Bird and Magic Johnson never left their teams.
Of course James’ dedicated fans went on the attack and Jennings cleared up his thoughts. Jennings says LeBron is still a great player but he should’ve never left Cleveland. He also listed LeBron in his top 10 of all time joining Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Tim Duncan, Larry Bird, Oscar Robertson, Wilt Chamberlain, Shaquille O’Neal and Allen Iverson.
Jennings also said LeBron James, Stephen Curry and James Harden are in the MVP race this season.
