ABC is interested in having Raven Symoné co-host along side Whoopi Goldberg and Rosie Perez.
The View is ABC daytime morning show, that hasn’t been great since the retirement of Barbara Walter. ABC is desperately trying to sign Raven Symoné as a host. She guest-host the daytime show in March. Symoné has a great personality and might be a great fit right next to Whoopi Goldberg, Rosie Perez and Nicolle Wallace. According to a source at the network, “She was interesting and provocative”.
ABC chiefs are desperately trying to sign Raven-Symoné as a host of “The View” before their upfront presentation May 12 in New York. Sources say the former child star of “The Cosby Show,” Disney Channel actress and, more recently, “Empire” cast member was a hit when she guest-hosted the daytime show in March, alongside Whoopi Goldberg and Rosie Perez.
