Baltimore police sent out a tweet saying that protesters that still occupied the War Memorial Plaza were “in violation of the curfew,” and had been warned that police were arresting anyone who refused to vacate the area.

About a hundred people were dancing and chanting ‘Freddie’ near the areas of Pennsylvania and North avenues. They were warned via helicopter as the curfew approached that they were subject to arrest. The protesters were celebrating the charges brought up against the six police officers connected to the death of Freddie Gray.
