So as you can see in the video, a grown man had of been in the park while a 14 year old teen stole his pants and ran off with them. According to the older man the paints had his keys, Wallet and Debit card in them. Later on, the older man finds the Teen who stole his pants from the park.

Once the older man found the 14 year old teen, he then got one of his friends to record him speaking to the young teen in what looks like the older mans back yard. According to him, he offered the young teen two options, either to be brought home to his mother or to get an “Ass Whipping” from him.
In the video the older man says that he does not want to hurt the child but he felt that he needed to in order to teach him a lesson. Once the teen made the choice of getting the “Ass Whippin” instead of being told on to his mother, the man grabbed him by his arm with one hand and whipped him with what looks like a leather belt in the other hand.

After hitting the 14 year old multiple times until he is in tears, he asks the young boy if he will ever steal again. The Boy replied “Never Again”.
The older gentlemen then offered his phone number to the 14 year old so they can hang out and he can help him get his grades up or possibly find him a job.
What do you guys think? Back in the day it was culture for the village to make acts like this to turn a young boy into a respectable man. The question is , is this justified even though the two are not related? Even though the man gave the young boy a lesson should the parents get involved?
