A Very Large manager at Panera in Midtown Manhattan was caught on video throwing a bunch of heavy slaps and punches that ruthlessly knocked a much smaller female employee to the ground.

The Women who was hit was forced to leaving during the lunch rush , and then came back.

Here is what one of the witnesses had to say : “(She) just wasn’t having it today,” a user named Midgarr wrote on the YouTube post. “(She) threw some bag of chips on the floor, yelled, etc. Manager in white shirt basically threw her out the door, she came back, and then…this.”

Police were investigating the attack later on Tuesday according to the Daily News. S Panera Spokesperson said that both the manager and the employee have been fired.
