After making a highly requested return to music and stepping back on stage for the first time in years Janet Jackson has announced that her tour will be postponed, Janet says she needs to give her vocals a rest.

In the summer of 2014 rumors circulated that janet would be dropping a new album after putting her music career on hold for almost 6 years . Little did fans know that the rumors where in fact true and in less than a year Janet would be making her official comeback for the first time in 7 years!

This was news to everyone and once the Unbreakable World Tour dates where revealed, everything was a go! Until today…

Janet Jackson took it to twitter today to announce to her fans that she will be postponing her tour dates for this weekend. In the tweet she says ‘Hey you guys, I must rest my vocal chords. Doctor’s orders… Will be rescheduling Salt Lake and Denver. Keep your tickets! Back to Burn Up Kansas City. Gon B Alright. ? #Unbreakable’
This is the second time Janet had to postponed her tour. The first time was when she first began touring and she couldn’t make it to her Las Vegas show due to doctors orders.

With a voice like that, and the talent that comes with it Janet deserves all the rest she can get! But not for too long because the show must go on!

Janet will be back on stage tuesday for her Kansas show. Her tour continues all the way till June of next summer.
