Things have been better for rapper T-Wayne.

The artist is currently under investigation for allegedly raping a woman in a hotel room. The 22-year-old woman from Dallas said she met T-Wayne on Instagram and he flew her out. After going to dinner together at the Cheesecake Factory, they went back to her hotel room.

After she refused to have sex with him, he began to get aggressive and pinned her down – forcing himself on her allegedly.

The thing is, the woman waited an entire five weeks before she went to the police.

Hmmmmm…. this could go either way. We’ll see how things pan out in court.
