Times Square Bubba Gump’s sold out its $800/person New Year’s Eve tickets in five (5, 1..2..3..4..5!) days. It may be worth it since this is one of the few Times Square restaurants you can see the ball drop from. They also offer caviar buffets, snow cones, spiked lemonade, and many seafood options.

For $400, you can party at the Times Square Olive Garden. Doors open at 8pm, and the party goes past midnight. Olive Garden will supply “multiple open bars” and a DJ!

However, they warn that the view of the ball drop in Times Square is “limited.” However, depending on your needs this may beat standing out in the cold for hours to barely see the ball drop.

The real catch is… No breadsticks! Usually bottomless breadsticks attract Olive Garden patrons. But, this night there will be absolutely no breadsticks.

Moreover, there is no smoking in or outside of the restaurant.

Times Square Applebee’s offers a slightly cheaper option: $375 for adults and $250 for kids. Keep in mind meals at this restaurant usually cost $10. Quite the difference. Applebee’s does not guarantee any view of the ball drop.
