According to TMZ, the “Clayton County Sheriff’s Department says deputies arrested Dro around 3:30 p.m. Thursday in Georgia, and booked him for violating the controlled substance act.”

Dro is scheduled for a bail hearing on Friday morning, which means staying up all night long in a cell this Thursday.

Last year, Dro was arrested on multiple occasions that included theft and auto theft.
