Apparently the sale was kept hush hush and out of the public’s eye the whole time it was being finalized. TMZ’s real estate spies learned the $9.5 million mansion is a 6,600 square foot home in one of the most exclusive, celebrity-populated gated communities in L.A. County. The seller was asking $9.9 million, so Adele was able to save $400,000.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a pool, a treehouse and outdoor train set…..a train set?!
To name a few of her neighbors they are Jennifer Lawrence, Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, Cameron Diaz, and Nicole Richie. I’m sure they’re hyped for Adele to join the block.
