A reversal of fortune. This dude was prepared for a Texas state trooper to fly by him..he had a dash cam and regular camera ready and decided to make a citizen’s arrest of the officer on the highway.
The cop almost immediately apologizes for speeding past the man without his emergency lights on and when he’s questioned for his badge number and his name, he doesn’t comply at first but eventually gives in. The arresting citizen really took the bulls by the horns on this one in a gutsy move…the arrest goes down around the 2 minute mark:
