If you’re an NFL fan you remember the crazy scramble to sign free agents after their lockout came to an end.  Well prepare for that again!  Normally, NBA free agent negotiations begin in early July, with actual free agent signings beginning a week or two later, but due to the NBA lockout, which began July 1, negotiations and signings were delayed.  With a tentative agreement in place, once the votes are taken and papers are signed teams will have a substantially short amount of time to sign free agents.  Check the list after the jump. @Shay_Marie x @gametimegirl
