Samsung GS II Getting Jelly Bean Update

If you stil own a Samsung GS II, your device might be getting a new lease on mobile life. According to Samsung they are still in the works in releasing Jelly Bean on the device. The update will reduce the devices memory from 12GB to 11GB. The 1GB lost will be used for a system partition. The update will improve the phones home screen and will have a preinstalled version of Google+. No date has been released by Samsung but GS II owners should look out for the update. Nvidia To Drop Portable Gaming Device

Gizmodo is reporting that Nvidia, who typically manufactures parts for other products, has created their own next gen GameBoy, with a ton of extra perks. With the controller design of an Xbox 360, Nvidia’s “Project Shield” has a 5-inch 720p display with some touch capability. Not only a gaming device but also a set top box and computer as well. Capable of playing 4k movies to a full 4k TV via an HDMI capabile, while tweeting or browsing the web in the background.
