Young Mula, baby! New Orleans rapper Curren$y was one of the original artists on Lil Wayne’s Young Money imprint, alongside Mack Maine and a couple of miscellaneous artists that never really seemed ‘confirmed’ on the label. The Hot Spitta parted ways in late 07/early 08, and a few comments were made that made it seem as if it wasn’t on the greatest terms. However, years later, bygones are definitely bygones, and Spitta’s former labelmate Mack Maine joined him in Miami this weekend as he performed at Grand Central. Lauryn Hill Drops The Ball On More Tour Dates!
Lauryn Hill has been causing a scene with her historical act. Beginning in November, the, “Consumerism” songstress had scheduled tour dates, and little-by-little, she continues to add more. Initially, Lauryn was to finish touring this month, but the dates were pushed back. Miss Du-Wop will be shutting venues down on Jan., 26th in Huntington, NY at The Paramount.
