J. Cole Speaks On Upcoming Album With Kendrick Lamar, Why He Said “F*ggot” In A Verse & More

Over the weekend, J. Cole sat down for an online Q&A with the message board community on Reddit, and answered some pretty interesting questions from fans. The Born Sinner rapper discussed everything from his favorite Outkast album, his production process, funny stories from before he “made it,” the list goes on. Two of the questions he answered that really stuck out to me were about his upcoming collaborative album with Kendrick Lamar, and his use of the word “f*ggot” in his verse on the Born Sinner-cut, “Villuminati.” The latter was interesting particularly because of his strategy behind it…as it wasn’t just haphazardly placed in the song. Check out what he said below.

Sitting down with MTV, CyHi breaks down his contribution to Yeezus and how he’s credited on 9 out of the 10 tracks, despite the fact he’s not actually featured on the album.
