Justin Bieber is under fire for his latest spitting pictures, as he was standing over a bunch of fans when he did it, but his camp is now saying that pics were Photoshopped by TMZ. The issue is, though, the story doesn’t really seem to match up with the evidence. “Justin didn’t spit on anyone. No fans were below the balcony. TMZ superimposed photos of the fans next to Justin on a completely different balcony to make it appear like he was spitting on fans when he wasn’t,” his rep said in a statement. “In fact, earlier in the day, Justin bought his fans hot chocolate and played them some of his new music. Justin loves his fans.” But yet, there definitely were fans below the balcony…as Justin even posted a photo of them on his OWN Instagram page! (Check it out in the gallery.) TMZ also says the photos were shot by a reputable photo agency, and they’re not that good at Photoshop. LOL! Who do you believe?

Wait, No Way! Lindsay Lohan Decides To Stay In Rehab Longer
Wow! Great job, Lindsay! Usually we hear stories about Lindsay trying to escape rehab, but this time she’s trying to do the right thing. Sources tell TMZ, “Lindsay has told them she will stay another 3 – 4 days because she feels she needs a transition period before re-entering the free world. We’re told she’d like to stay in a “lower level, sober living house” which she believes will help her recovery.” Sources are even adding it’s like she’s a completely different person from when she started there. Lindsay still plans on moving to New York when she finishes rehab, knowing how much temptation there is. This time around, she says she actually wants to face it and conquer it. I hope so! We wish her the best!
