iphone partners with Tom Tom for GPS App!!!

TomTom was quick off the mark with multitasking in its iPhone app — and it’s hard to think of an app other than Pandora that benefits more from its inclusion — but TomTom isn’t stopping there. The new 1.5 version adds enhanced graphics to match the new iPhone 4 screen resolution, along with “faster, more-responsive navigation” on that handset. Not good enough for you? Try the new navigate-to-photo feature, a not-a-gimmick-at-all addition that allows you to select a geotagged photo as your destination instead of messing around with pesky addresses and facts. The update is free for existing users, newcomers will have to shell out $50 for the US version @TatWza For TatsTechTalk.com

iphone get another Neccessary Accessory…ipad too

For whatever reason, Apple hasn’t made the process of getting video out of our iDevice a lesson in simplicity. We’ve already heard legions of iPad owners kvetching over the lackluster abilities of Cupertino’s iPad Dock Connector to VGA Adapter, but Scosche is hoping to provide a pinch of relief with its latest accessory. The Sneakpeek II is described as a switchable video output solution for any iPad, iPhone and iPod that plays video, and the unquestionable best part is the plug-and-play nature. Simply plug one end into a 30-pin Dock Connector and the other end (composite and component cables are included) into a television, monitor or cyborg human with an LCD instead of a face; heck, there’s even a microUSB cable to charge the device while it’s pumping out the visuals. If this looks like just the solution to a problem that’s been wrecking your social life, hit the source link to order yours for $59.99. @TatWza For TatsTechTalk.com

Verizon to Start Selling iPad October 28th

Verizon Wireless will begin selling Apple’s iPad at its 2,000 retail stores nationwide on Oct. 28, the companies announced Thursday. The move ends AT&T’s exclusive grip as the U.S. wireless carrier for Apple’s wildly popular tablet, and potentially sets the stage for a broader partnership between Apple and Verizon. The two are widely rumored to be preparing to bring Apple’s iPhone to Verizon’s network in early 2011. @TatWza

3M Camcorder Projector…..Kinda Clean Fam!!

You should know by now that the 3M Shoot ‘n Share is aptly named: it shoots 720p video and stills, and it shares with a 640 x 480 built-in pico projector. Simple, yes? What you might not know is how well the thing actually works, and for that we have a helpful review from PicoProjector-info. It basically confirms any fears you might’ve had about the combination: it’s not the best pocket camcorder, and it’s not the best pico projector (even 3M’s own similarly-specced MPro-150 model bests it). The good news is that it absolutely works, and is certainly passable in both of its stated aims, along with being fairly easy to operate. Not too bad for $300. @TatWza for TatsTechTalk.com

Video Game Update: GT-5 Delayed AGAIN!! But there is Hope for the Holiday

Anyone looking forward to buying Gran Turismo 5 when it launches on November 2nd? Why don’t you have a seat for a minute, we have some bad news. Sony’s Playstation Blog just posted an announcement that the game is getting pushed back yet again. The statement does say that the game will be released this holiday season, but does not elaborate more than that. Here’s the text: @TatWza for TatsTechsTalk.com

iphone 4 Charging Case!!!!

You know what we always say: never enough battery life. Energizer’s new AP1201 case for the iPhone 4 should come as a welcome addition to your Apple gadget family. As a slim, protective case of silicone rubber it’s not completely offensive looking (if fact, it’s pretty attractive), and it charges your phone while it’s wearing it. It’s got two charging options — for the rest like charging and Pricing options go to TatsTechTalk.com @TatWza
