As Angela Basset recently casted super model/actress Yaya DaCosta to play the part of Whitney Houston in her Lifetime biopic, Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina is not too happy with the fact that she was overlooked to play her late mother’s role. Basset simply stated that to fully carry out the vision and role of a legend one must be an actress, and Bobbi kristina is not an actress.

Pat Houston said, “Whitney is certainly worthy of more than a television movie. If Whitney were here today, this would not be happening.” However, it looks like the Houston fam has their own plan because according to sources, they’re putting together their own big screen movie about Whitney’s life.
