Freedom of expression is something that we definitely take for granted here in the states. Sadly, in other parts of the world, people are killed for expressing themselves in ways that don’t follow “the norm.” In the last three weeks, at least 14 youths were stoned to death in Baghdad by Shi’ite militants for wearing Western-style “emo†clothes and haircuts. 28 Killed By Car Bomb In Baghdad
28 people were killed by a car bomb in Baghdad on Friday morning. The bombing is the boldest attack in Iraq since American troops left. The car bombing took place at a funeral of someone who had been killed the day before. 65 people were wounded in the attack, including 16 police officers.
