Last night was Jay-Z’s 2nd night at the Barclays Center during his first show, tons of celebs watched him do his thing from a VIP area followed by an after party at the 40/40 Club and last night was no different. (Photos) Jay-Z’s VIP After Party At Barclays And 40/40 Club
During and after his opening show at the Barclays Center, Jay-Z and D’USSE Cognac hosted parties at Barclays and the 40/40 Club. When Hov took the stage celebs like Beyonce, Victor Cruz, Pharrell, Lil Bow Wow, along with Hot 97’s own Ebro and Angie Martinez watched the show from the VIP area. After the concert was over, the party moved to the Manhattan location of the 40/40 Club. Check out some pics below. Julie A.

Last night was the first of Jay-Z’s concerts at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Hov originally said that there will be no guests during his shows, but clearly that wasn’t so as he was joined last night on stage by the legendary Big Daddy Kane! It was clear that the focus of last night’s show was Brooklyn and Big Daddy Kane being a part of it makes total sense and of course although he’s no longer with us, Biggie was also a part of last night’s show when Jay paid homage to his friend. The highly anticipated opening of the Barclays Center kicked off last night as Jay-Z did one of his eight concerts christening the arena.
