We recently reported the news that Bill Cosby has been arrested and charged with aggravated indecent assault in response to multiple rape allegations against him. In an interview with Vlad TV, fellow comedian Eddie Griffin makes it abundantly clear that he is #TeamBill and describes how common the use of the drug Quaalude was in the 70’s when most of these alleged assaults took place. Bill Cosby looked rather frail as he entered a Pennsylvania courtroom just moments ago, preparing to be arraigned on charges of aggravated indecent assault stemming from an incident in January of 2004. Check out the video below of Bill’s entrance – he even comes close to falling! The arraignment is now over, and the shamed comedian’s bail was set at $1,000,000. He has been forced to surrender his passport. No plea was entered, and a preliminary hearing was set for January 14. He’s free on bail until then.


Several Bill Cosby Accusers React To Criminal Charges

Wednesday (December 30th) the first official arrest warrant has been issued for Bill Cosby, for the 2004 alleged drugging and sexual assault Andrea Constand. Cosby has been accused of alleged rape by over a dozen other women and since the news of the charges broke, several of these woman have spoken out. It seems Andrea’s win was a like a small victory for all of them. The first to make a statement was, Andrea Constand, a former Temple employee who was assaulted at Cosby’s Elkins Park, Pennsylvania mansion released a state via her attorney stating,

“On behalf of our client, Andrea Constand we wish to express our appreciation to the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, the County Detectives and the Cheltenham Police Department for the consideration and courtesy they have shown Andrea during this difficult time. We have the utmost confidence in Mr. Steele, Ms. Feden and their team, who have impressed us with their professionalism. In that this matter is now being pursued in the criminal justice system, we will not comment further.”

Arrest Warrant Issued For Bill Cosby Over Alleged Sexual Assault of Andrea Constand In 2004

The first arrest warrant has officially been issued for Bill Cosby, for the alleged drugging and sexual assault of former Temple employee Andrea Constand at his Elkins Park, Pennsylvania mansion in January 2004. The statute of limitations were to run out in January (just two days away,) so they just made it. “Obviously we appreciate the expression of confidence in her,” said Dolores Troiani, one of Constand’s attorneys. “We’ll have to see what happens. We hope justice will be done. We will cooperate fully.” Cosby has previously said what happened between him and Constand was consensual, but in new court filings last summer Constand said she was in a relationship with a woman at the time. She also called Cosby a “narcissist” who missed cues that she’s gay.


Beverly Johnson Added To List Of Women Cosby Is Suing For Defamation

UPDATE: Following news of the defamation lawsuit against her, Beverly Johnson opens up her feelings towards Cosby’s legal actions. Taking to Twitter, Johnson says the comedian’s tactics will not put a muzzle on her mouth. “In cases of rape and abuse, abusers will do whatever they can to intimidate and weaken,” she writes.
