Waka Flocka Tweeted About The Sexual Assault Allegations Against Bill Cosby And Thinks He Is Being Framed

The Bill Cosby case has had a slew of comments come from celebrities and fans and it seems as if the opinions will continue to pour in. Facing up to ten years in jail, Mr.Cosby faces felony charges for aggravated indecent assault. Many people do think that this situation is somewhat sketchy just because all of the alleged victims are just now speaking out about being sexually assaulted by the comedian. Bill Cosby’s Wife Ordered By Court To Give Deposition Against Him

Camille Cosby has been ordered by the court to give a deposition against her husband, Bill, who was arrested Wednesday for an alleged sexual assault dating back to 2004. Cosby has been accused of drugging and raping dozens of women including former Temple University employee, Andrea Constand. Camille Cosby filed a motion to not testify due to a claim in the Massachusetts marital disqualification law, however was shot down by Magistrate Judge David H. Hennessy. The judge claimed to have found “no merit” during his ruling. Camille will now testify at Bill’s deposition January 14th.

Just days before the New Year, Bill Cosby was arrested and charged for a 2004 incident that occurred at his Elkins Park, Pennsylvania mansion. Former Temple employee Andrea Constand alleged Cosby drugged and raped her, while he claims their interaction was consensual. Cosby was released on million-dollar bail and is due back in court on January 14. Although he hasn’t said much since his arrest, Cosby’s lawyer’s spoke out vowing to fight what they called, “unjustified” charges. On New Years Eve however, Bill Cosby reached out to those friends and fans that still support him with a message on Twitter. Read more below.


Bill Cosby’s Lawyers Are Vowing To Fight “Unjustified” Charges

Bill Cosby has been accused of sexual assault by over 50 different women, and yesterday, he was finally arraigned on one of the charges. He is currently free on $1 million bail, but is due back in court on January 14. However, he plans to fight this until the end. “The charge by the Montgomery County District Attorney’s office came as no surprise, filed 12 years after the alleged incident and coming on the heels of a hotly contested election for this county’s D.A. during which this case was made the focal point,” read a statement from his team. They continued:

“Make no mistake, we intend to mount a vigorous defense against this unjustified charge and we expect that Mr. Cosby will be exonerated by a court of law.”
