Just days before the New Year, Bill Cosby was arrested and charged for a 2004 incident that occurred at his Elkins Park, Pennsylvania mansion. Former Temple employee Andrea Constand alleged Cosby drugged and raped her, while he claims their interaction was consensual.
Cosby was released on million-dollar bail and is due back in court on January 14. Although he hasn’t said much since his arrest, Cosby’s lawyer’s spoke out vowing to fight what they called, “unjustified” charges.
