(Video) Instagram Publishes Physical Handbook to Inspire Brands

Instagram has gone above and beyond and created a handbook guiding other brands on how to reach their audiences through visual media. The handbook includes eleven particular brands, including @disneyland, @patagonia and @chobani. In regards to the book itself, the Instagram team explains: “When it comes to brands and businesses, our goal is to help companies reach their respective audiences through captivating imagery in a rich, visual environment. One way we can do this is by providing new resources and tools to educate and inspire marketers.” The team was smart enough to assume many people rather just read their tips and guidelines online, so of course they dedicated a Tumblr blog to all of the same tips and news. Check out the video below for a small snippet of what is featured in the book.

NBA: Don’t Mess With Her Man! La La Keeps Melo’s Groupies In Check

We are learning a lot about Carmelo Anthony and La La thanks to her new book, “The Love Playbook: Rules for Love, Sex, and Happiness.”  We already shared an interesting story about the “honey nut cheerios” incident from the book and now we have La La talking about Melo’s groupies.  I wouldn’t f*ck with La! Lol.  Check out what she said about how she handles it…

NBA: La La Reveals Details In Book About Melo/Garnett Honey Nut Cheerios Mess

Yep, we’re back to the Honey Nut Cheerios story. Lol.  La La Anthony has written & is currently promoting her first book, The Love Playbook: Rules for Love, Sex, and Happiness (congrats to her, I can wait to check it out).   In the book she talks about the whole drama between her hubby Carmelo Anthony & Kevin Garnett.  She still doesn’t reveal what was exactly said (c’mon La!), but she does give some details as to what happened that night.  Check it out…

Ummm, What? ‘Teen Mom’ Farrah Abraham To Write Christian Parenting Book?

HOLDDUP, is Farrah for real? Unfortunately, she is. The “Teen Mom”-turned-pornstar announced on “Couples Therapy” that she will be coming out with a Christian parenting handbook which will explain how she raised her daughter off her religious morals and values (LOL). Let me refresh your mind if you’ve forgotten; this is the same girl who appeared in the porno “Backdoor Teen Mom” and came out with a sex toy line of plastic vaginas made out of her own personal mold. I can condifently say I will NOT be purchasing that book for my next read.

(Photos) Chanel No. 5’s Story Told Through A Book With No Ink

Amsterdam-based designer Irma Boom has created over 250 books, but her latest creation is by far the most different of the bunch. Irma tells the story of Gabrielle “Coco” Chanel with a beautiful 300-page book…without the use of any ink at all. Instead, the pages are embossed by using an old letterpress machine with the ink removed. Each page was first designed on an aluminum plate and turned into a mold that the pages would then press against. Irma had free reign on the project, given all the information she wanted by the Chanel team. She spent her time in Chanel’s Paris apartment and studied her life, witnessed the bottling process and even joined the Chanel team as they picked roses, which is when inspiration struck.
