The doubts about Derrick Rose and his health should be put to rest now. He did not play a great game against my Knicks last night, but he got it done when it counted the most. Rose hit a tough shot over Tyson Chandler with 5 seconds left to give the Bulls a 82-81 win in his first game in front of the home Chicago crowd since he tore his ACL. The Knicks were down by 12 in the 4th quarter, but put together a nice run to tie up the game and set up an exciting ending. Carmelo Anthony, who finished with 22 points, had a chance to win at the buzzer, but his jumper fell short. Check the highlights after the jump.

Some athletes need to stick to the sport that they excel at. Now I know this was just part of a Jordan Brand worldwide promotional campaign, but damn, they could of practiced this better. Carmelo, Chris Paul & Blake Griffin were in Taiwan last month when they were asked to throw out the first pitch of a baseball game. It did not really go so well. Hit the jump for the video.

NBA: Knicks Go Against Jeremy Lin Tonight!
I am sure NBA fans, especially Knicks fans have been waiting for this night. The Knicks take on the Houston Rockets tonight in Houston, in the first game between the 2 teams since Jeremy Lin left New York for Houston after the Knicks decided not to match the contract offer the Rockets made to Lin. The Knicks look like geniuses right now with the way they have started the season. I always thought Lin was over rated and happy he left NY. Even if these 2 teams are not your favorite to watch, the story line itself is intriguing. Check out the game at 8pm tonight. You know Lin and the Knicks are going to try and go hard at each other.
