Don’t get mad thinking Jigga was being money hungry, though. This was a charity event, with all proceeds going to the Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation. Jigga loves the kids! I had no idea about this (not that I could have afforded that ticket anyway, LOL) but I was super jel when I saw a few of my industry peers tweeting pics from the carnival. It was the real deal!! A very, very cool idea on Jay’s behalf. There were all types of rides, some MAJOR prizes (there’s a list of them below), funnel cake, games and all! Kudos, team Jigga!
