Dr. Dre Back In The Lab, Eminem’s Album Almost Done

The ever elusive Dr. Dre says he’s inspired to get back in the studio now and he’s doing some different things with himself. At this point anything he puts out will have all ears on it, just look at his Beats franchise that changed the headphone landscape from an audio aspect to a fashionable iconic status. He spoke briefly about a music subscription service he’s been working on called Daisy and from what I hear it’s supposed to be huge and should be available at the years end. It seems Dre can do no wrong after 30 years in the music industry. In a phone call with Big Boy on Power 106 in LA he also said that Eminem was wrapping up his next album. Dre said sometimes it’s hard for him to feel inspired to get in the studio but now he’s just enjoying life and getting back to his first love, the music. He didn’t mention Detox so don’t hold your breath but I expect some smash production by Dre to come out this year for sure. Hit the jump for more.
