Kate Middleton and Prince William look like they could not be happier. Not only is the Royal Baby healthy and alive, he’s “a bit of a rascal” too. The Palace released the official family portrait, and in an attempt to appear natural, they didn’t hire a photographer but got Kate’s father to shoot these photos with Kate, William, Georgie and the dog.
