Florida Governor Signs Welfare Drug-Screen Measure
Saying it is “unfair for Florida taxpayers to subsidize drug addiction,” Gov. Rick Scott on Tuesday signed legislation requiring adults applying for welfare assistance to undergo drug screening. @Ash_Bankz
