A lot of people are reading into this, but let’s not jump to conclusions just yet people. There’s been rumors that Bosh could opt out of his contract or be traded next season, so when Bosh put his home up for sale it caused fans to talk. Let’s keep in mind that the place was robbed and his wife Adrienne is expecting their second child. Maybe they just want an upgrade? Timing is suspicious, but it could be nothing. If you got about $9.5 million to blow this house might be worth your investment. They say the house is worth more than that, but that is how much you gotta spend if you want to live next door to other celebrities like Brandy, Justin Bieber, Tommy Lee and more. This 6 bedroom, 9 bathroom, 13,000 square foot mansion in L.A. has been on the market for a few weeks now. Former Warriors & Kings star Mitch Richmond decided to put it up for sale. The estate includes a sports bar, theater room, game room, wine cellar, beauty salon, meditation room, gym, sauna, pool, water slide, basketball court and homework room for your children. Right on Hugh Hef’s birthday, the Playboy Bunny house across from the infamous mansion has gone up for sale. The 6,690-square-foot crib has been used for years to provide temporary housing for some Playboy models, but I guess they feel it’s no longer needed!
