Earlier this week, Chris Webber made waves during his appearance on the Dan Patrick Show. While discussing the 30 for 30 documentary on The Fab Five, which he was not involved in after reportedly being contacted about participating about a week before they were finished with the film. Webber was willing to be a part of the doc, even though admitting he’s been working on a book for five years that will tell his side of the story.

Today [Friday, May 8], 30,000 mourners were expected to attend NYPD Officer Brian Moore’s funeral. The service for Moore, 25, is being held at St. James Roman Catholic Church on the South Shore of Long Island, where his family, friends, uniformed officers, New York Police Commissioner William Bratton and Mayor Bill de Blasio will attend.

NBA: Lebron Defends His Friend Chris Paul From All The Steph Curry Jokes
Lebron is being a little too serious about this. I realize the internet has gone crazy with meme’s and jokes since Steph Curry embarrassed Chris Paul with that mean behind the back crossover, but it is all in good fun. Bron, who is one of CP3’s best friends felt the need to step up and defend his boy, but he made sense with what he was saying.

Let’s be clear to start. Floyd Mayweather & Nia Long have been friends for a while, so the fact he is dropping in her comments shouldn’t be too big of a deal. The wording of the comments is perhaps what caught everyone’s attention, including Nia’s response. Floyd has been dating Bad Medina & Nia has been with Spurs assistant coach Ime Udoka for years so the likelihood the comments have any means behind them are slim, but hey, you never really know.

When the NBA All Star reserves were announced last night, Lebron took to twitter to congratulate his personal friends for making the game along with himself. He made sure to mention Dwyane Wade, Carmelo Anthony and Chris Paul, but strangely no mention of Chris Bosh who was also selected. Now it could of been a mental slip, but it seems more than that as Bron & Bosh have not seemed nearly as close as Bron & Wade still are and I find it hard to believe Bron would forget to mention Bosh. These guys put in work for 4 years and resulted in two championships, so he isn’t going to forget. Maybe there is something behind the scenes we don’t know about with them.
