Lil Za Pleads No Contest To Felony Drug Possession

Lil Za has pleadg no contest to felony drug possession, a charge he acquired when cops raided Justin Bieber’s house earlier this year and found the entourage member with E pills and Oxycodone. The judge will reduce the felony charge to a misdemeanor if Za remains out of trouble for the next year. He also has to complete 20 hours of trash pickup, as well as a drug program. He previously pled no contest to misdemeanor vandalism for breaking the jailhouse telephone, and has to pay a fine for the incident. Not too bad!

The Verdict Is In: Chris Brown’s Bodyguard Found GUILTY Of Assault

Both Chris Brown and his bodyguard are individually standing trial for an alleged assault that occurred in Washington D.C. last fall. Though the judge was expected to hand down the verdict for Chris’ bodyguard on Friday, it was delayed to today, and her final answer is in – he is guilty of misdemeanor assault. Superior Judge Patricia Wynn said the bodyguard (Christoper Hollosy) was NOT justified in hitting the victim, Parker Adams, since there was no evidence he was a threat to Chris Brown. Chris’ trial was set to begin later today, but the judge has now delayed it to Wednesday. I know this poor guy just wants to get it over with! Chris has continued to maintain his innocence in the matter, stating that it was only his bodyguard that touched the victim, and it was for a valid reason: he was attempting to get on Breezy’s tour bus. Naturally, the victim says that’s not the case, and all he wanted was a picture with Breezy. He says it all went downhill from there, with both Breezy and his bodyguard roughing him up. Is he telling the truth or just out for a big payday? Time will soon tell. I can say, though – it’s not looking too good. The judge allegedly said she believes the testimony of a limousine driver who said Brown hit the victim before his bodyguard did. Should Chris Brown be found guilty, the judge in the Rihanna case could revoke his probation and sentence him to up to four…

BREAKING: Justin Bieber To Be Charged With Criminal Assault

Things just keep getting messier for Justin Bieber. The troubled pop star is set to be charged with Criminal Assault for allegedly attacking a limousine driver in Toronto last month. When it first went down, a member of JB’s crew was being investigated for it, but when cops wanted to talk to Justin, he didn’t want to cooperate. They then got annoyed, so they are requiring him to cop into their Toronto station, where he will be booked for assault, given a citation and released on his own recognizance. Apparently 3 other witnesses were interviewed yesterday and at least some of their account incriminated Justin. When will it stop?!
