Because of her actions and lack-thereof, the mother of two has now plead guilty to child abuse, which has resulted in a 10-year probation sentence.

Sports: Gold Medalist Michael Phelps Pleads Guilty To DUI, Sentened To 18 Months Probation
Olympic hero Michael Phelps, the most decorated Olympian in U.S. history plead guilty to drunken driving in Baltimore almost three months after he was arrested. For agreeing to the plea deal he avoided jail time and was instead sentenced to 18 months of probation. The 18-time gold medalist was arrested on Sept. 30. Documents show that the 29-year-old Phelps was leaving the Horseshoe Casino in downtown Baltimore when he was pulled over for speeding and crossing the double yellow line while driving in a tunnel. Police say Phelps registered a .14 percent on a blood-alcohol test. The legal limit to drive is .08 percent in Maryland. Phelps was arrested for the same thing back in 2004 as well. Hopefully he learned his lesson.
NBA: Former NBA Guard Mookie Blaylock Sentenced For Fatal Car Crash!
The former NBA player of the Hawks and Nets has been sentenced today in trial. He was charged with the death of Monica Murphy, a mother of five, in a head-on collision in Clayton County in 2013.
