Rex Ryan was fired as head coach of the New York Jets on Black Monday. After a 6-year tenure, enough is enough, and Rex Ryan is a free agent. With coaches of both the Atlanta Falcons and San Francisco 49ers being 86’d as well, the positions are now open. LOL, AWKWARD! If you didn’t know before, John & Jim Harbaugh are the first pair of brothers in NFL history to ever serve as head coaches together. Younger brother Jim Harbaugh and the San Francisco 49ers have decided to mutually part ways, as he will be Michigan’s new coach. However, an editor of Detroit free press made the WORSE mistake of his career, as he put the wrong Harbaugh brother on the front page cover! See for yourself below…


NFL: Game Over! New York Jets Fire Head Coach Rex Ryan

Rex Ryan has officially been fired by the New York Jets on Black Monday after a long 6-year tenure. The former head coach “led New York to the AFC title game twice in his first two seasons and even scored a book deal and contract extension.” However, things pretty much died down afterwards, as the Jets NEVER made it to another playoffs, ending this season with a horrible record of 4-12…yet it seems feelings are mutual, as Ryan couldn’t wait to leave NY, cleaning out his office WAY before Sunday’s game. NBA: Mark Jackson Meets With Kings’ GM & DeMarcus Cousins After Tuesday’s Game

When the Kings fired head coach Mike Malone after a better-than-expected start to the season, it was a head-scratcher to most observers who had witnessed marked improvement in Sacramento over the team’s first 24 games.  They did go on to lose several games but it was due to their star player DeMarcus Cousins being out with viral meningitis.  A couple of names have been thrown out as Malone’s possible replacement including George Karl and Vinny Del Negro but now it appears Mark Jackson has been added to the list.

Could any of you guys see Metta World Peace as a head coach in the NBA? There is no doubt he has the basketball intelligence to give him a chance to be successful but there is much more to coaching basketball than knowing game plans.
