Someone on the production line made a mistake, Turkey Hill issued a voluntary recall due to the addition of coconut to their Mint Chocolate Chip flavor. Ben & Jerry’s Wins Court Order Blocking Pornographic DVDs
Apparently a pornographic producer thought it would be cool to use a similar Ben & Jerry’s title and their ice cream flavors for selling and advertisement of DVDs. The ice cream company was not having it and neither was the courts because they happily presented Ben & Jerry’s with a temporary court order blocking any improper use of the company’s name and flavors.
