T-Shirt Company Capitalizes On Italian Cruise Ship Accident

An Italian T-shirt company is capitalizing on the Italian cruise ship accident that has left at least 11 people dead. The tees read “Get back on board, damn it!” which was said to the captain who abandoned his sinking ship. According to the T-shirt company the shirts aren’t meant to be insulting rather to inspire Italians to continue to back their “rescue their country from economic crisis” and they have been very successful. Italian Cruise Ship Captain Arrested For Abandoning His Ship

Yesterday we reported that an Italian luxury cruise ship was sinking, three people were dead, and 69 were unaccounted for. Earlier today Italian officials announced that the captain of the ship is being held on manslaughter charges after abandoning his ship. Italian Cruise Ship Tips Over Leaving 3 Dead, 69 People Unaccounted For

A luxury Italian cruise ship ran aground and tipped over leaving three people dead and 69 others unaccounted for late Friday night. The cruise ship was sailing near Tuscany when it ran aground tearing a 160-foot gash in the side of the boat sending in a huge gush of water. According to the ANSA 4,234 people were aboard the boat.
