Last week, paparazzi shots of Johnny Depp wearing ghostly white makeup, large sunglasses and a pulled down fedora (see above) made fans of the original soap opera form the 60’s rather nervous, as the Dark Shadows remake seemed like it was going to be a bit too strange. However, a much better shot was released today and it seems like it won’t be as strange as the previous photos made it out to be. Check it out below. Are you looking forward to this movie? Disney Backs Out Of Johnny Depp’s “The Lone Ranger”
Disney has announced that it is backing out of Johnny Depp’s “The Lone Ranger.” There has been no official statement from Disney as to why they have decided not to move forward with the project but rumor has it that the budget for the Jerry Bruckheimer produced movie was more than what Disney wanted to spend. Depp was really looking forward to “The Lone Ranger” regardless of the flop that was “Cowboys and Aliens.” Maybe Disney canceled their involvement in the movies since cowboy themed movies seem to be failing and fading away.
