The neighbors have gotten fed up with their late night partying and reckless driving through their Calabasas neighborhood, and Scooter feels Lil Twist and Lil Za have brought nothing to Bieber’s life but bad press. “There’s a growing disenchantment with them,” the source added. “But there’s no specific ultimatum date.”
